Designed for 3 & 4 year old’s, the Pre-Dance curriculum includes warm up, stretching, flexibility, and the introduction to basic dance steps, music, rhythm, and creative movement to enhance coordination and inspire imagination.

KinderDance students learn skills and technique of the three basic forms of dance – ballet, tap, and jazz before moving into individual classes. Kinder-Dancers begin to learn the technical skills involved in dancing as well as enhance their musicality. Students begin to learn about cooperation, teamwork, and develop memorization skills.

In this class, our teachers will focus on a combination of both Russian and Cecchitti ballet systems while teaching basic ballet terminology and the flow of a ballet class (barre, center, across the floor). We will work on  proper stretching form, alignment and strengthening exercises to support coordination and balance required in the classical  ballet style.

In this class, our jazz dancers will learn dance basics along with a combination of tumbling and dance.

Join us in these classes to combine basic dance alignment, rhythm, and coordination with today’s newest dance moves! Our hip hop stars will combine their own personalities with body isolations and jazz technique to develop their own style.

Jazz classes focus on a strong technical foundation beginning with a warm-up designed to stretch and lengthen the muscles while strengthening the core. Jazz danc can be atraditional style to combined with hip hop style performed to Broadway music or upbeat popular songs.

Tap classes begin with basic tap steps emphasizing technique, speed, clarity of sounds, and rhythm. Tap builds ankle and teraches musicality while having fun. Dancers the learn tap combinations and choreography to music for performances.

A style of expressive dance that combines lyrical, ballet, and modern dance. Each class includes warm-up stretches, across floor steps and center combos.  Children will dance to age appropriate songs and perform in our annual show.

Introduction to theater including acting, singing, improvisation, video/filming, and stage performance. Children develop expression, self-esteem and confidence through the class and personal attention. Class will perform at a holiday showcase and in our annual show.
