Pre Team
Ages 7-10
Our Pre Team program is for our recreational gymnasts who are around the Hot Shots, Starbrights & Starburst levels. This is an invitation process where coaches recommend students they think are ready for the challenge a team program brings and who take corrections well and work hard in class. Invitations happen in late spring and are extremely limited. Pre Team gymnasts work out 2x per week and practice September - May.
- Mondays 5:45-7:00pm
- 2nd practice is a recreational class at their designated level
Bronze
2024 State Champions!
Our Bronze team works out 2 days a week July - May. Each practice is 1.5 hours long. Bronze gymnasts are invited to our program through our Pre Team and Super Stars program. Space is very limited and invitations go out in late spring. They perform at 1 in house showcase and 4 out of the gym competitions.

Silver, Gold, Platinum & Diamond
2024 State Meet Results: Silver 2nd, Platinum 3rd, Diamond 5th
Our Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond gymnasts work out 2 days a week. Each practice is 2.5 hours long and is year round July - June. We do not have try-outs for our program since space is very limited. Gymnasts move up from our Bronze program and then continue to advance to the next level.

Team
Our Pre-Team introduces young gymnasts to the fundamentals of performance through choreography and routines in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Meanwhile, our Competitive Team, through the Xcel Program, offers a balanced approach to gymnastics, fostering skills like teamwork, self-control, and discipline.
