Our recreational gymnastics program for children ages 5.5 to 7 years will give students an opportunity to have a wonderful, positive, and motivating experience with gymnastics and physical fitness. Gymnastics can help lay the groundwork for developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence, which will help children in their future with multiple sports and other activities. Our coaches are very knowledgeable and excited to teach children in an energetic and encouraging environment. Each class is designed so that every child can safely learn proper progressions while still having fun and developing at their own rate.
Ages: 5.5 to 6.5 yrs
This is a 40 minute long class taught in Gym 2 where students will learn the proper fundamentals of gymnastics. Our fun filled weekly lesson plans will help keep students interested and excited about learning the basics of great gymnastics. We will instruct students on the floor exercise, balance beams, bars, and vault. They will also use our inflatable trampoline.

Our fun filled weekly lesson plans will help keep students interested and excited about learning the progressive basics of great gymnastics. We will instruct students on the floor exercise, balance beams, bars, and vault. They will also use our 30 foot long Tumbl Trak Trampoline. Safety is our number one priority, so students will be required to master all of the skills of this class before being able to move up to the next level.

The Hot Shots class is an intermediate gymnastics class for students who are 6 to 8 years of age. Gymnasts will continue to build upon the skills learned in High Flyers. This class will require students to increase their ability to focus, use proper body positions, and apply all of the previous drills and skills they have learned to advance on the floor exercise, balance beams, bars, and vault. Proper progressions will be strongly enforced and gymnasts must be able to perform the skills required technically correct to move up to the next level.
