High Flyers
Ages: 6 years to 7 years
Our fun filled weekly lesson plans will help keep students interested and excited about learning the progressive basics of great gymnastics. We will instruct students on the floor exercise, balance beams, bars, and vault. They will also use our 30 foot long Tumbl Trak Trampoline. Safety is our number one priority, so students will be required to master all of the skills of this class before being able to move up to the next level. Attire: Leotard or athletic clothes and bare feet. Hair pulled up in a pony tail, braid, bun, etc…
Monday – 4:45 – 5:45 PM and 6:45 – 7:45 PM
Tuesday – 4:45 – 5:45 PM and 5:45 – 6:45 PM
Wednesday – 4:45 – 5:45 PM and 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Thursday – 4:30 – 5:30 PM and 7:00-8:00 PM
Saturday – 9:30 – 10:30 AM; 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM
Hot Shots
Ages: 6 to 8 years (* Evaluation Required)
The Hot Shots class is an intermediate gymnastics class for students who are 6 to 8 years of age. Gymnasts will continue to build upon the skills learned in High Flyers. This class will require students to increase their ability to focus, use proper body positions, and apply all of the previous drills and skills they have learned to advance on the floor exercise, balance beams, bars, and vault. Proper progressions will be strongly enforced and gymnasts must be able to perform the skills required technically correct to move up to the next level. Attire: Leotard or athletic clothes and bare feet. Hair pulled up in a pony tail, braid, bun, etc…
