Priority registration for fall gymnastics classes begins June 22nd for gymnasts and tumblers currently enrolled. Open registration begins July 9th for all students.
High Flyers is a one-hour class designed for beginner gymnasts ages 6–8. Students will rotate through circuits on bars and floor and will alternate between vault and beam each. Gymnasts work on cartwheels, backbends, bridge kickovers, pullovers, relevé walks on the balance beam, and more. Attire: Leotard or athletic clothes and bare feet. Hair pulled up in a pony tail, braid, bun, etc...

Starlights is a one-hour class designed for beginner gymnasts ages 8–12. Students will rotate through stations on bars and floor and will alternate between vault and beam. Hot Shots is a one-hour class for intermediate gymnasts ages 6–8. Students will build on their foundational skills while focusing on round-offs, back walkovers, back hip circles, heel drives, and more. Attire: Leotard or athletic clothes and bare feet. Hair pulled up in a pony tail, braid, bun, etc...
*An evaluation is required for this class. Gymnasts must show the required skills to a coach before registering.

Starbrights is a one-hour intermediate class for gymnasts ages 8–12 who are ready to build on their foundational skills. Students will improve technique, strength, and confidence while working on round-offs, back walkovers, back hip circles, heel drives, and more. Attire: Leotard or athletic clothes and bare feet. Hair pulled up in a pony tail, braid, bun, etc...

Starbursts is our more advanced class for gymnasts ages 7–12. In this 75-minute class, gymnasts will do on all four events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Goals include back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, cast sole circles, squat-ons, cartwheels on the beam, front handsprings over the vault, and more. Attire: Leotard or athletic clothes and bare feet. Hair pulled up in a pony tail, braid, bun, etc...

Superstars is our most advanced recreational class for gymnasts who are ready to continue progressing toward higher-level skills. In this 1 hour and 45 minute class, gymnasts will train on all four events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Each gymnast will work toward their individual goals while improving strength, technique, confidence, and consistency. Goals may include back tucks, back layouts, kips, flyaways, twisting vaults and more. Attire: Leotard or athletic clothes and bare feet. Hair pulled up in a pony tail, braid, bun, etc...

Beginning Tumbling is a one-hour class for students building their foundational floor and trampoline skills. Students will focus on tumbling lines, flexibility, basic jumps, handstands, bridges, back bends, cartwheels, rolls, and more. Attire: Leotard or athletic clothes and bare feet. Hair pulled up in a pony tail, braid, bun, etc...

Advanced Tumbling is a one-hour class for students working toward standing and running skills. Tumblers will continue to perfect their intermediate skills while working toward back handsprings, aerials, back tucks, and more. Attire: Leotard or athletic clothes and bare feet. Hair pulled up in a pony tail, braid, bun, etc...
