Our classes focus on creating and developing the all around athlete. Each session is a full body workout with age appropriate explosive activities, strength building exercises and agility developing drills. All of that with the added excitement of Ninja Warrior Elements! We have four Warped Walls, Quintuple Steps, Salmon Ladder, Pipe Slider, Peg Board, Spider Climb, Ring Toss, The Ultimate Cliffhanger, Devil Steps, Lache Bars, and dozens of hanging obstacles including the Unstable Bridges! In fact we are adding obstacles constantly, which makes each workout a new adventure!
