No need to sign up by the month. You can sign up by the individual class. Mix and match the days and times that work best in your busy summer schedule.

If you sign the same kid up for 3 classes up front, their 4th class is FREE!

Mini Stars

Ages: 2 to 3 years 10 months

Mini Stars Goal Sheet

This is an adult participation class that serves as a wonderful opportunity for children to bond with the adult heroes in their life. Coaches will instruct the adults and kids through demonstrations on specialized “Just for Kids” equipment. There will be multiple stations set up at each event so that everyone gets the most out of each lesson. This class has a ratio of 1 adult: 1 child.

Monday – 10:15 to 11:00 AM

Tuesday – 5:30 to 6:15 PM

 

Hoppers 1

Ages: 3 years 10 months to 4 1/2 years

Little Hoppers 1 Goal Sheet

Children will participate in this class without their parent. They will work on specialized “Just for Kids” apparatus to learn skills such as forward rolls, beginning cartwheels, walking in different directions on the balance beams, bent arm hangs and front supports on the bars. The student to coach ratio is 6 to 1. Children under the age of 3 years 10 months must complete the Mini Stars class or have a skill evaluation.

Hoppers 2

Ages: 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 years

Little Hoppers 2 Goal Sheet

This class will challenge students to continue to build upon the skills and drills that are learned in Little Hoppers 1. They will work on all the “Just for Kids” apparatus to learn skills such as forward & backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walking different directions on the balance beams, bent arm hangs, front supports, and pullovers on the bars. The student to coach ratio is 6 to 1.

Little Twisters

Ages: 5 1/2 to 6 years

Little Twisters Goal Sheet,

This is an hour long class where students will learn the proper fundamentals of gymnastics. Our fun filled weekly lesson plans will help keep students interested and excited about learning the basics of great gymnastics. We will instruct students on the floor exercise, balance beams, bars, and vault. They will also use our inflatable Trampoline. Safety is our number one priority, so students will be required to master all of the skills of this class before being able to move up to the next level.

High Flyers

Ages: 6 to 7 years

This is an hour long class where students will learn the proper fundamentals of gymnastics. Ages: 6 to 8 yrs

This hour long class is specially designed for the beginning & intermediate gymnast. Gymnasts will learn and master the basic core skills of gymnastics on vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise. Correct stretching procedures, body positions, and strength training will be highlighted so that gymnasts can build a strong foundation for a safe and meaningful progression of skills.

Starlights &

Starbrights*

Ages: 8 to 14 yrs

Minibursts*, Starbursts* & Super Stars*

Ages: 7 years and up (*Evaluation Required)

This 75 minute class is intended for gymnasts who want to be challenged in a positive and supporting environment. Students will be asked to perfect the skills that they learned in the Hot Shot or Starbrights class while beginning to work on advanced gymnastics skills on the vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise. There will be an increased focus on strength and flexibility. A variety of important drills will be incorporated into the weekly lesson plans. A gymnast with prior experience must complete an evaluation to register for this class.

Boys Mavericks

Boys will learn important basic skills, positions and support holds. A heavy emphasis is put on building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving coordination. Boys will work on the vault, bars, training rings, mushroom, rope, and floor exercise. Our weekly themed progressive lesson plans will keep them interested in all the skills and drills they are working on.

Ages: 5 .5 to 7 yrs

Monday – 4:45 to 5:45 PM

Beginning & Intermediate Tumbling

Beginning Tumbling Goal Sheet, Intermediate Tumbling Goal Sheet

Tumbling is an hour long class designed for students to learn proper stretching techniques for shoulder, hip, and split flexibility. They will also work on strength training exercises, basic jumps, and important tumbling skills including handstands, bridges, back bends, walkovers, cartwheels, round offs and rolls. Mastering the skills and drills learned in this class correctly will help build a strong foundation for the continued progression of skills offered in the more advanced tumbling classes.

Advanced & Elite Tumbling*

(*Evaluation Required)

Advanced Tumbling Goal Sheet, Elite Tumbling Goal Sheet

Advanced & Elite Tumbling allows tumblers to perfect their intermediate level skills while progressing safely to advanced tumbling skills. Tumblers will learn drills and techniques for correctly doing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, back tucks, aerials, front walkovers, front handsprings, and front tucks. They will also continue to improve their strength, flexibility, and jumps. To join this class tumblers must have completed Intermediate Tumbling or have a skill evaluation.
