After having seen Carey in action at “The Edge” (part of the American All-Stars Gym), (my friend and I) went to her and asked her to be our personal trainer. She has been an awesome influence. She is in tune with what we need and want out of the experience. She is thoughtful and tough. Sympathetic, but enables us to push ourselves past that point when you just want to stop. She knows when we are trying to cop out and when we truly can go no further and yet she gets us to do “just one more” and we succeed. She mixes up the routine, which always keeps it interesting, never a dull day. And she is exceptionally knowledgeable about health, the body, exercise and strength training.
I have never felt so powerful, physically and emotionally. I am in the best shape of my life and feel confident that I will keep up with my grandkids and enjoy them and so many more activities yet to come in my life.
