Teen/Adult Boot Camp: Cross Training
Cross Training Boot Camp is a constantly changing combination of fat burning cardio exercises and strength training. As you build muscle, you improve your body’s ability to chew through those calories making weight loss easier.
Did you ever want to try your hand at Ninja Warrior elements like the Warped Wall or quad steps? Well here is your chance! Our 10 foot Warped Wall is 4 feet smaller than the one used on TV, which makes it fun and attainable for the adventurous athlete. Every Cross Training Boot Camp is different, providing you with an interesting and challenging work out.
Wherever you are in your fitness journey this is a great way to press forward.
Interval Strength Training Boot Camps:
Monday: 9:00-9:45 AM
Tuesday: 9:00-9:45 AM; 6:15-7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00-9:45 AM; 6:15-7:15 PM
Friday: 9:00-9:45 AM
Adult Ninja Boot Camps:
Monday 6:15-7:00 PM
Saturday 9:00-9:45 AM
Wednesday 6:15-7:00 PM

Personal Training is available. Individual or small group training for kids, adults, and parent/child. Must be set up with Coach Carey.
