The focus in this class is on training your body to recover quickly making not only athletic performance better, but daily life easier! All levels welcome but it is a fast paced, high-energy class.

Boot Camp starts with a quick cardio bump and then takes you on a journey through resistance exercise stations. The goal in this class is to increase strength and muscle endurance. Cardio/Strength is a constantly changing combination of fat burning cardio exercises and strength training. As you build muscle, you improve your body's ability to chew through those calories making weight loss easier. Moderate weights and bands are used in resistance training to sculpt all muscle groups. Wherever you are in your fitness journey this is a great way to press forward.

Trim, Sculpt Tone is just what you need if you are looking for a light to moderate resistance workout. This class is perfect for building muscle endurance. We will use light to moderate weights to tighten, tone and sculpt the body you are hoping for. While this class is great for beginners, the experienced athlete will be able to find challenge in this full body workout.

Big Weights is just what it says... BIG WEIGHTS. This class is all about building muscle. But don't let that scare you. You will be working at your own level. Muscles need to be pushed past an endurance level to grow in strength and size. Even if you are just starting out with resistance training, you can benefit from this type of training. Certified trainers will be supervising you every step of the way.
